Clark County Indiana Needs Poll Workers

Working at the polls is a fun opportunity to participate in the election process and to earn a few extra dollars. Our democracy depends on Hoosiers taking the initiative to play an active role in the freedoms of democracy. The State of Indiana is calling on civic-minded individuals to work the polls on Election Day.

There are two easy requirements in order to participate:

  • You must be a registered voter and a resident of Clark County 
  • You must be at least 18 years old

In Clark County, 16 and 17 year olds can work at the polls

  • You must be 16 or 17 years old
  • A citizen of the United States and a resident of Clark County
  • Must complete poll worker training
